Privacy Policy

Floyd is a virtual collections employee for trade-service businesses, operated by Y&M Digital Automation LLC (“Floyd,” “we,” “us”). This policy explains what we access, what we store, and the control you have over your data.
What we access
Floyd only connects to the accounts you link, and only with read-only access:
- Email (Gmail): read-only access to read your sent mail so Floyd can find and extract your invoices. Floyd cannot send, edit, or delete email on your behalf.
- Bank (via Plaid): read-only access to your transactions so Floyd can match incoming deposits to invoices. Floyd can never move, withdraw, or transfer money.
What we store
We store the information needed to do the job: your business profile, the invoices and customer details Floyd extracts or you enter, and the connection tokens required to keep your accounts in sync. Access tokens are held in secure, encrypted storage.
What we never do
We never sell your data or your customers' data, and we never share it for advertising. Floyd can never move your money. When data is processed by AI models to read invoices or match payments, it is used only to perform that task for you.
Your control
You can disconnect your bank or inbox at any time, which stops further syncing. You can delete your account from within the app, which removes your account, your data, and your session.
