These terms govern your use of Floyd, operated by Y&M Digital Automation LLC. By connecting your accounts and using the app, you agree to them.
The service
Floyd helps trade-service businesses get paid: it reads your invoices, watches your bank for matching deposits, and helps you follow up on what's late. Floyd is read-only and never moves your money — payments run through your own accounts.
Not financial or legal advice
Floyd is a tool for organizing and following up on your receivables. It does not provide financial, accounting, tax, or legal advice. You are responsible for ensuring your own collection practices comply with the laws that apply to your business.
Your responsibilities
You agree to provide accurate information, to have the right to contact the customers you add, and to use Floyd only for your own legitimate business. You remain responsible for your relationships with your customers.
Availability & changes
Floyd is offered as-is, and features may change as the product evolves. We may update these terms; material changes will be reflected by the date above.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Floyd and Y&M Digital Automation LLC are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.
